This essay is worth 35% of my grade for my making sense of Atlantic Canada course. It’s a critical analysis of either David Lowenthal, “history and memory,” The public historian vol.10 No.2 (spring 1977) or J.H Elliott, “Occupying American space,” Empires of the Atlantic world, Yale University press 2006. It must be at least 1000 words and be double spaced. I’ve added my professors instructions on it below.
